- Two-axis system: The core of the equipment is composed of two parallel mixing shafts, on which the mixing blades are assembled at a carefully designed Angle and spacing. This two-axis layout creates complex material flows during the mixing process, enabling efficient mixing.
- Horizontal cylinder: The horizontal cylinder design provides a spacious mixing space for the material, which is conducive to the full turning and mixing of the material. At the same time, the horizontal structure facilitates the entry and exit of materials and improves the smoothness of the production process. The cylinder is usually made of high-quality steel, with good wear and corrosion resistance, to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
- Drive device: The drive device composed of motor and reducer unit provides power for two stirring shafts. The drive system can accurately control the speed and steering of the mixing shaft to meet the mixing needs of different materials and processes.
- Sealing device: In order to prevent material leakage and dust from entering, the mixer is equipped with reliable sealing device, such as mechanical seal, packing seal, etc. These sealing devices not only ensure the cleanliness of the production environment, but also extend the service life of the equipment.
